This page provides license, third-party service, warranty, and support information for the FURSOY Mail desktop application. It does not add restrictions to the rights granted by the software license.

Software license

FURSOY Mail is free software licensed under the GNU General Public License version 3 only (GPL-3.0-only). Your rights to use, study, modify, and redistribute FURSOY Mail are governed by that license. You do not have to accept separate terms to run the software, and nothing on this page limits rights granted by the GPL.

Your account and actions

You control which Google accounts are connected and may revoke the application's access at any time through your Google Account settings. Mail actions such as sending, deleting, or moving messages are performed only when initiated through the application or its configured synchronization behavior.

Google and third-party services

Gmail access is provided through Google APIs and remains subject to Google's terms and availability. Updates are distributed through GitHub Releases, and email content may load third-party resources when you permit remote images. FURSOY does not control these third-party services.

Privacy

The FURSOY Mail Privacy Policy explains what data the application accesses, why it is used, and where it is stored.

Availability and changes

The application is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Features may change, be suspended, or be discontinued. This page may be updated to reflect changes to the application or its third-party services, without reducing rights already granted under the GPL.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, FURSOY makes no warranties regarding uninterrupted operation, error-free behavior, or the availability of third-party services. FURSOY is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or data-loss damages arising from use of the application.

Ending use

You may stop using FURSOY Mail at any time by removing connected accounts, revoking Google access, and uninstalling the application.

Security reports

Suspected security vulnerabilities must not be posted in a public issue. Please use GitHub Private Vulnerability Reporting or email support@fursoy.com. Do not include active tokens, message contents, or other personal data unless it is strictly necessary and has been safely redacted.
